Seniorhome (formerly Seniors’ Housing Advisory) provides consulting advice and management services to both for-profit and non-profit developers, operators and owners of the full range of seniors’ housing and residential care facilities. We evaluate regional markets, specific sites and market strategies to identify the best opportunities for our clients’ development and operational efforts. Seniorhome either takes complete charge of or advises our client’s executive in:

Site selection and purchase negotiations;
Market feasibility studies;
Design development and contracting;
Development, rezoning and approvals;
Public relations and community outreach;
Contract negotiations with Health and Housing authorities;
Financial projections and project financing arrangements;
Capital and operating budgets;
Project management;
Project marketing supervision;
Staff and program development and recruitment;
Co-ordination of construction, building commissioning, and initial occupancy.
