Robinson Kelley Care Consultants LLC is a care management business serving seniors and mentally disabled adults in Middle Tennessee. Our goal is to provide personalized care planning and coordination so that these individuals may continue to live with dignity and independence either in their home or in a congregate setting.

Assist older adults and their families in determining the ideal living situation for their needs

Maintain communication between the older adults or dependents and their out-of-state relatives

Evaluate the elder's physical, environmental, nutritional, psychological, safety, and social needs

Assist in locating in-home services to meet personal and/or special medical needs

Monitor changing needs and act as liaison between client, physician, and family

Provide home, hospital, and facility visits

Guide in the selection of alternative living arrangements including: Adult Day Health Care, Residential Care Facilities, Immediate Care Facilities, or Skilled Nursing Facilities

Coordinate with physicians, attorneys, financial planners and state agencies to develop the plan of care

Present at employer or employee group, club, and organization lectures
