CDSMP VOLUNTEER LEADER TRAINING
You do NOT need to be a health professional to lead the workshop. Many of our volunteer leaders have chronic conditions themselves. To become a certified volunteer leader, you are required to attend a standardized four day Volunteer Leader Training Workshop. The leader training and the detailed Leaders manual are provided at no cost. As a volunteer leader, you will be able to use the skills you have learned to help people to help themselves manage the every day challenges of their chronic conditions.
