We have 3 apartment buildings. Margaret Vidal Court has 45 Independent Living suites and Kin Court North Building has 85 Independent Living suites and we have 11 Independent Living suites in Kin Court South, along with 68 Assisted Living suites.

These are all one bedrooms with balconies, fridges and stoves, in all suites. The approximate square footage of the Kin Court North suites would be between 464 and 550 square feet. The Margaret Vidal Court Building suites would be between 578 and 800 square feet. There are two handicapped suites in the Margaret Vidal Court Building. Kin Court South suites would be between 430 and 550 square feet. We have a No Pet, No Smoking Policy. How to Apply

The Margaret Vidal Court Building has a lounge for the Tenants to play cards in or have their afternoon tea on Sundays, bingo on Monday nights and or private parties. There is also 4 patio's with deck tables and chairs on them.

We put on a Christmas Supper with Santa attending and a Halloween Wine and Cheese Party every year for a slight cost. Because of the large number of tenants and guests, we have to do the Christmas Party in the Rec.Centre.

We have an Emergency Only person on site over night. The day staff come in Monday - Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. The office is located at 5492 11th Ave. Delta. Contact Us for more information.
