We will also ease the caregiver responsibilities of your adult children, whether you live out-of-province, across town, or under the same roof.


Friendly and helpful through-the-door assistance:

• You will always be met inside your home so we can help you with your coat and secure your home before leaving.
• We will assist you to and from the Home James vehicle and escort you through the door of your destination.

Transportation is safe, comfortable and guaranteed on-time:

• You are guaranteed that we will arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled departure time or the ride is half price
• Our vehicle is easy to get in and out of due to its curb height
• A walker or wheelchair can be easily stored in the trunk*

Drivers are reliable and responsive to seniors’ needs:

• Our drivers are trustworthy, compassionate, patient and respectful
• Thorough background verification, including driving records, criminal records, and reference checks
• Accredited with First Aid/CPR certificate
• Fully insured

Services are quoted in advance and transactions are cashless:

• The quoted amount is automatically billed to a credit card on file or deducted from a pre-paid balance upon completion of each service
• Cash payment and tips are not accepted so seniors do not need to carry cash
