Guildford Seniors Village opened in 2001 and was developed according to Retirement Concepts’ philosophy of providing residents with a home and a neighbourhood where they can live in dignity and receive the care they need.

Features like the beautiful tiled entrance with a fireplace, water garden and cozy lounges create a warm, comfortable atmosphere for both residents and families. All of the rooms are private with large bay windows that open out to the landscaped gardens or interior courtyards. Each of these rooms are decorated in soft, warm colours and are furnished with quality, crafted furniture.

Guildford Seniors Village services seniors with intermediate and extended care to help support an independent, healthy lifestyle and offers specialized secured units providing special care for residents with moderate to severe cognitive impairment. The upper floor has two wings that include private and funded rooms. Our experienced staff is committed to caring for our residents and their families.

Our Full Range of Services include:

*24 hour nursing care and a special Alzheimer's Care unit for those residents requiring a secure environment

*Three nutritious meals per day

*Specialized bathing facilities for each wing

*In-house hairdressing salon

*Planned activity programs under the guidance of the recreational therapist

*Private rooms with 2 piece ensuite all tastefully furnished

*Emergency call bells in each room
