Cornerstone was founded in recognition of the overwhelming need for services that surpass those available from funded home support agencies.
In response to this, the society developed services to promote independence and quality of life at affordable pricing.

We are a local non-profit (NO HST), home support agency governed by a volunteer board of directors, providing home and health care services specific to individual needs. The foundation of our professional care is to match clients with consistent, supportive, and skilled caregivers.

Home Health Care

We provide a full range of services to meet the needs of each individual, in home or in hospital.

Clustercare

An opportunity to receive the same quality of services in shorter time increments. This is a cost-effective, highly regarded option for clients (4 or more) living in mobile home parks, apartments, townhouse complexes, or seniors buildings.
