Community Care Durham (CCD), established in 1977, is a multi-service registered charitable organization. We provide Home Support, Respite (Caregiver Relief) and COPE Mental Health services for adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. Our services are provided free of charge or for a minimal fee and are administered through various service locations across Durham Region. Community Care Durham is committed to providing acces to a range of services needed to maintain our client's well being, independence and quality of life.

What We DoCommunity Care Durham provides a range of free and low cost services to more than 8,000 adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. These services assist clients in remaining in their own homes and communities, and to function as independently as possible. The services include home support, COPE mental health and respite (caregiver relief) services.
