COACH is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising the awareness of cardiac risk factors, and providing primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
Our multidisciplinary team provides risk factor assessments, as well as risk factor modification through education and exercise, to help reduce and/or prevent cardiac problems. The COACH program will help improve your level of fitness, functional capacity, quality, and quantity of life. Exercising in our clinically supervised environment ensures the utmost patient safety through close monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, and telemetry.
We offer a variety of programs, and tailor each exercise session depending on the needs and goals of the individual.

The Cardiac Education Program focuses on cardiac risk factors, healthy eating, exercise guidelines, goal setting, understanding your medications and stress and relaxation. It is strongly encouraged that you have a partner attend the education classes with you at no extra charge.
