Central Lions Seniors Association Central Lions Seniors Association (CLSA) is an independent, non-profit society formed in 1979 "to encourage, promote and provide opportunities for recreation, education and socializing, and to improve and enhance the well-being of adults 55 years of age and older." CLSA is responsible for providing and funding all daytime recreational and social programs at Central Lions Seniors Recreation Centre.
