The attorneys in Bradshaw Law Firm's Health Care and Elder Law practice area provide legal advice and assistance in the negotiation and development of contracts to which physicians and physician groups are parties. We provide legal advice with regard to physician corporate matters. We represent nursing homes and the continuing care community. Attorneys in the practice area represent clients in Medicare and Medicaid matters and planning related to Medicare and Medicaid; preparation of special needs trusts; guardianship and conservatorship matters; preparation of advance directives, such as living wills and durable power of attorney; handling of administrative appeals and other matters before government agencies including Title XIX matters, estate recovery matters, elder abuse and neglect charges, and Social Security disability matters.
