The plan of care is custom designed to meet the particular needs of the individual and can be scaled up or down as the person's condition changes. In-Home Care:

In-home care services are designed to maintain or restore health and safety to an individual in the comfort of their residence. The broad spectrum of services may include skilled services such as nursing and therapy as well as homemaker/companion and home health aide care which can address rehabilitation needs, personal grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping & laundry, incontinence care, errands & shopping, and companionship & socialization. Services can be provided Hourly, by Visits, through Sleep-Over Shifts or as Live-In Care.
