Monona Meadows has apartments available now.

Residents pay about 30 percent of their adjusted income, and the utilities are included. To qualify for rental assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), residents must be 62 years of age. Income limitations also apply. A one person household must have a total annual income of less than $28,000.

Monona Meadows is a 76-unit apartment community just minutes from Madison. You will enjoy our beautiful nature scenery and peaceful location. We have frequent social activities such as potluck suppers, movie nights, bingo, and various card games held in our community room. You will benefit from our courteous and professional full time office and maintenance staff, as well as our social services coordinator. She will assist you in remaining independent by helping you set up low-cost or no-cost services that you may need to maintain your quality of life. Small cats/dogs are welcome.
